REGISTRATION

Registering with REVELRY will enable you to edit and check on the status of your order as well as a faster check out process for future orders. You can register at the top right corner of the website or upon checkout. To monitor your orders, simply sign in to access your account information.

 

PURCHASE

All products on www.revelry-rvly.com are sold based on a first come, first serve upon checking out. If the item is sold out before you complete your check out process – the order will not be processed.

 

NEWSLETTER

Upon signing up with the REVELRY newsletter at the bottom of the webpage, you will receive periodic updates on new styles, events and special sales. You can unsubscribe at anytime  by following the instructions under “unsubscribe”.

 

PAYMENT

All payments made on www.revelry-rvly.com are secure with SSL. All transactions are conducted in the available currency. We accept Paypal, Visa and MasterCard. 

 

SHIPPING

We are working on providing the best shipping rates and service to you. Currently our international shipping is provided by Aramex. Shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout based on items and/or weight. Please allow 1 -3 days for processing before your order is shipped out. Delivery time is estimated between 3 - 7 days pending custom clearance per country. 

Shipping is not inclusive of duties and country taxes which will be provided upon receipt. A tracking link will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped.  

If the country you wish to ship to is not available, kindly contact us and we will assist you in completing your order. 

Please note that we do not process, ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Kindly allow for longer processing days during major festive holidays. A notification will be sent upon checkout on any shipping delay.

 

RETURNS

We accept a 14 day one-for one exchange for unused items with all tags and original packaging intact. Kindly contact us to arrange for the exchange. However all SALE items are final. We strongly encourage you to go through the product specifications carefully before placing your order and if you have any questions, we are happy to address your concerns. 

 

WARRANTY

As REVELRY is a growing brand, we strive to improve our service and all manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced within 30 days from the date of purchase if the item proves to be defective in workmanship, excluding any damages arising from wear and tear, accidents or misuse, or from any alterations, service or repair not performed by REVELRY. Kindly note that as our products are made from natural leather, variations in surface and material are not viewed as defects. Please contact us and assessment will be performed on a case by case basis.
